You may return your order (one or more items) within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Returned products must be in their original packaging and must not have been opened.

To initiate your return, please include in your parcel the returns form that you can download here :

The return address to which to send your parcel is available on the returns form. This is essential to facilitate the processing of your return. We also recommend that you keep the proof of posting of your parcel.

On receipt of your parcel, we will refund your order after 15 days, while we carry out our quality control.
