Your refund will be processed within 15 days of receipt of your parcel at our warehouse.

The refund will appear on your bank statement within 2 to 3 working days and on the same day if you paid via PayPal.

Please note that, in some cases, the refund may take between 5 and 10 days to appear in your bank account.
